Compare setup space and registration

The VEVOR S4-2 adds a second platen for garment loading. The Tianiuseen T006526 is a floor-standing four-station option with fine screen adjustment. Measure the operating span, not only the base, and decide whether you need to move a screen in small increments during color alignment.

Separate flat stock from garment support

A wide flat bed supports a rigid piece across its surface. A shaped shirt board gives room to load a garment around the support. Compare the opening and clamp of the screen before using either board dimension to size artwork.

What if almost everything is one color?

One head can be enough. Extra stations only help if your workflow benefits from keeping more than one workpiece loaded.

Does a positioning stop do the same thing as micro-registration?

A stop helps the arm return to its position. Micro-registration gives you fine adjustments to align the mounted screen.

What does the platen size tell me?

It describes the surface that supports the work. Frame opening and movement limit the stencil area separately.
